Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 22, 2026

At Inso Finance, we take your privacy and the security of your financial data with the utmost seriousness. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of our enterprise sovereign AI platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through the platform. Given the secure nature of our institutional architecture, we strictly minimize footprint tracking.

  • Account Information: When establishing a secure instance, we require enterprise contact details and compliance validations.
  • Vault Uploads: Multi-modal payloads securely uploaded into the Document Vault are entirely air-gapped and instantly partitioned. We do not inspect, log, or train on sovereign tenant partitions.
  • Telemetry: Minimal diagnostic logging requires explicit enterprise opt-in in accordance with SOC2 and ISO-27001 mandates.

2. Zero-Retention AI Interactions

By default, our Secure Workspace enforces a Zero-Retention policy. Session memory is ephemerally isolated to the RAM of the executing node, and immediately flushed upon session termination. Under no circumstances are prompts stored persistently unless legally escrowed via the Maker-Checker protocol.

3. Data Sovereignty and Cross-Border Transfers

Depending on your geographic allocation (e.g., EU-West, US-East), data will never forcibly leave your sovereign jurisdiction. We adhere strictly to GDPR, CCPA, and FINRA residency requirements.
