These Terms of Use govern your access to the Inso Finance platform. By bypassing the portal and establishing an active node instance, you explicitly agree to comply by these institutional guidelines.
The platform is designated for enterprise use only. Individual consumers are explicitly barred from utilizing quantitative trading simulators, dark-pool routers, and LBO waterfalls. Any unauthorized retail utilization will result in immediate API termination.
Our 57,200 specialized agents provide purely mathematical generation and analysis. We are not liable for autonomous execution losses, margin liquidations, or algorithmically generated slippage.You retain full fiduciary duty over your execution nodes.
In the event an agent produces an erratic output under the 85% probability threshold, the interface will automatically escrow the decision to a human supervisor. Attempting to bypass the Maker-Checker module violates our terms and invalidates our SLA.
